Dr. Thomas Borer works as a strategic consultant for several companies in Germany, Russia, the U.S.A. and in Switzerland.
He represents business interests of selected companies vis-à-vis the institutions of the European Union and of its member-states.
As a Corporate Finance consultant Dr. Borer finds and executes acquisitions for investors.

Furthermore, he serves as a non-executive board member.

Borer is a well seasoned business man whose experience spans high level business and financial negotiations, international crisis management as well as extensive lobbying experience in the USA and Europe. He possesses a solid reputation across the European and North American continents, strong human resource management skills, is fluent in several languages (English, French, German) and has a summa cum laude law degree.
