Kamales Lardi is a strategist specializing in the areas of digital transformation, social media and enterprise collaboration. She is a published author, lecturer and dynamic keynote speaker.
She has more than 17 years of experience in management consulting, having worked for companies such as Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. Kamales has consulted for companies across various regions and industries, including UBS, SBB, Victorinox, Zurich Insurance, Swiss Re, Bacardi Martini, Sig Combibloc, among others. Kamales has extensive experience in implementing business process optimization, corporate strategy and new technologies, which has made her well positioned to lead digital transformations initiatives across various industries.
Originally from Malaysia, Kamales Lardi has been living and working in Switzerland since 2005. She has a B.Sc. in Computing & Information Systems (Hons.) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA), from Durham Business School. In addition, she specialized in Strategy and Competitive Advantage at Harvard Business School (HBS).
She started her career in Accenture, specializing in business process optimization and organizational design. She developed expertise in corporate strategy, competitive intelligence and key performance measures while working in the Strategy team of Zurich Insurance Switzerland. Following this, she joined Deloitte Consulting. Her passion for digital, social media and enterprise collaboration led her to become the Head of Social Media & Collaboration at Deloitte Switzerland until 2012.
In February 2012, Kamales launched Lardi & Partner Consulting GmbH, a successful boutique consultancy that focuses on helping companies transform their businesses to meet the needs of the new digital economy. LPC work with companies identify the best ways to utilize digital and social technologies across the business value chain to gain sustainable returns.

She has had the pleasure of speaking at the 6th European Chief Marketing Officer’s Conference, moderated the first Step Ahead day at UBS, and was a keynote speaker at the Swiss Global Enterprise. In addition, her speeches at the AWE Summit events in Switzerland (2014) and Barcelona (2015) motivated numerous business women and entrepreneurs. She has also been interviewed for several national and international TV and radio programs as an expert in digital strategy.
Kamales has been a guest lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences CAS Digital Marketing course for the past four years, sharing insights based on the Social Media Strategy framework and real implementation experience.
